The process of order on our site is simple: Click on " Our products ", add products and quantities wanted in the basket. Choose your method of payment then encode your personal data. Perform the payment of your order. We take care besides.

Payment of order

Our Internet site offers 3 different solutions of payment:

These methods of payment are apparently pointed out during the process of order in your basket. Note, please that the banking cashless payment can extend the delivery time of some days, the time when the transfer is performed on our count. The goods are only sent after reception of the payment.

The reception of the package

Our deliveries are perform by societies DPD and CHRONOPOST. Packages are oversize and protected.
A monitoring (tracking of the package) and an insurance are included. Delivery time is indicative but we make our maximum to respect them.
The day of the pick of of your package, SMS or email informs you about the date of delivery and you can since then follow the package.
The day of delivery, you are informed by SMS or mail an hour of envisaged delivery. An option allows you to change delivery in another date (or at other address) and you can also opt for a withdrawal in a relay Pickup Parcelshops (1000 in Belgium and 22000 in Europe). In case of absence or of try of failed delivery, a calling card will be deposited in your post box. Your package will be deposited in the closest relay Pickup Parcelshop.

Right of retraction and returns

Returns (only with our prior agreement) will have to be made at the expense of the client (errors excepted in our part).
The client can choose the mode of expedition of return (address if required). In accordance with the Belgian law of July 14th, 1991 on practices of trade and protection and information of the consumer, the Purchaser who acts as consumer (such as defined in the article 3) has a delay of 14 working days, as from the following day of the date of delivery of order, to notify, possibly, in Vital' Herbs that he abandons his purchase. The returned products must be sent as good as new, in their packing of origin also in perfect condition, inevitably accompanied with their delivery notes. We reimburse, on receiving of or of products turned (s), the sum of concerned order, as far as one or several products concerned one (there) t in perfect condition. The Client cannot return his postpaid products of harbour.
